Refurb

A²O provides a full design service for conversion. In some cases no as-built drawings are available. In others façades are stripped back to the frame.

A²O have worked on a number of office-to-residential conversions, where current facades have been stripped back to the reinforced concrete frame.

We can carry out surveys of the existing structure where ‘as-built’ drawings were not available and provide a full design service for new installations.

In addition to the Case Studies shown below, we have been installing on a major London hotel and office refurbishments.
